个人简历

尹亦农,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2019年毕业于美国犹他大学材料科学与工程学院,师从Ashutosh Tiwari教授。主要工作集中于热电材料与器件和磁子阀器件,通过材料组分调控、结构设计等方法优化材料中的热流-电流、自旋流-热流以及电荷流-自旋流过程的转换效率,推进材料在热管理组件、低耗散芯片中的实际应用。迄今在知名期刊EES、AFM、Research等已发表SCI论文30余篇,其中一作/通讯论文10余篇,H-index为16,授权美国发明专利1项。


研究方向

1、多自由度协同(结合自旋、晶格和电荷熵)调控热电材料性能

2、磁异质结中的自旋塞贝克效应和磁子阀效应

3、晶体结构与磁结构精修解析
